Remove an Avatar
You can remove the photo for the user for which you are currently logged in. Resources without images have their
initials with the background colors displayed as avatars.
1.
Click the hamburger icon and then click Settings.
2.
On the User options page, locate Photo and tap x.
3.
Tap Submit.
The photo is removed and the initials of the resource appear.
4.
To download the photo, tap the Download icon.
Note: You must first remove an existing photo and then click Add Image to upload a new photo.

Activities

Manage Page Availability
The Manage (time view) page displays the resources in the selected group. Resources are listed alphabetically, together
with their routes. The activities in the routes are displayed as bars that are color-coded according to their status. Travel
time, idle time, and their duration, are also shown.
The Manage page is displayed based on these rules:
The Manage page is not available if it is not added to the Main menu and the technician can see only
themselves.
The Manage page becomes available, if a bucket is visible for a technician. In this case, all the resources of this
bucket with their routes are visible to the technician.
If the Self-Assignment option is selected for a technician, then the Manage page is still available, but without
access to any resources of the visible bucket.
Before You Work with Route Activities
Most of the work you do in the application involve activities.
You can do any of these with activities on your route:
View
View and add activity details
Start and complete
Add time to an activity
Assign status
Reschedule
