Scope of
maintenance:
Inspection and maintenance
Operating and steering hydraulics: Check oil level.
Check operating and steering hydraulics for leakage
Check drive axle side stops and adjust as necessary
Check condition of anti-static belt (special equipment)
Check charge state of battery
Check condition and function of driver's seat and seat belt
Braking system: Check function
Parking brake: Check function, adjust as necessary
Hydraulic system: Change breather, pressure and suction
filter
Check fastening of tilt cylinders to frame and lift mast
Check battery door locking and adjust
Check fastening of steering axle, drive axle, wheel gear,
counterweight and frame
Clean turntable steering axle
Check condition and secure positioning of electric cables,
connector plugs and connections
Check electrical system (lights, windscreen wipers, horn,
heating)

B Checks prior to starting work
C Maintenance after first 50 operating hours
D Inspection and maintenance as required
E Inspection and maintenance once after first 1000 operating hours
F Inspection and maintenance every 500 to 1000 hours or once a year
G Inspection and maintenance every 3000 hours or every 2 years
H Inspection and maintenance every 6000 hours or every 4 years
