Maintenance after first 50 operating hours
Operating and steering hydraulics: Check
oil level
Check operating and steering hydraulics for
leakage
Check fastening of steering axle, drive axle,
wheel gear, counterweight and frame
Check condition and secure positioning of
electric cables and cable connections
Check condition, fastening and function of
lift mast, lift mast chain and end stops and
apply chain spray
Check fastening of lift mast to axle and
tighten
Check load-carrying equipment, attach-
ment and end stops

Grease steering axle and oil joints (door
hinges, pedals)
Tighten wheel fastenings
Wheel gear oil change
Check wheel gear for leaks
Check pretension of double hoses with
attachment of additional equipment as well
as smooth running of hose carriage
Read out error memory and delete, reset
service interval. Please contact your
authorised dealer.
Affix servicing sticker
Test drive, functional check
