Clean contactor carrier with compressed air
Check bellows on joystick
Adjust potentiometer for drive control pedals
Read out error memory and delete, reset maintenance inter-
val indicator
Check fork arms and arm safety devices
Check lifting system and attachments
Check fastening of lift mast to axle and tighten
Lift mast chain and end stops: Check condition, secure fas-
tening and function and apply chain spray
Lift mast chain: Adjust length, clean and apply chain spray
Replace hydraulic oil
Adjust joysticks
Clean combi-steering axle and grease
Clean power sections and cooling elements with compressed
air
Check function of fans and clean if soiled
Check tilt cylinders for wear, replace if necessary
Check tyres
Wheel gear: Change oil
Wheel gear: Check for leaks
Clean truck
Change wheels
Tighten wheel fastenings (at least every 100 hours)
Other cleaning and greasing
Check pedals for smooth action and grease as required
Sideshift: Clean and grease, check fastening
Check other bearings and joints and grease
