Switch on vehicle
The operating lever (joystick or single lever
operation) must be in neutral .
Sit down on the driver's seat.
Affix the seat belt.
Operate the Stop pedal.
Pull out the emergency cut-off knob (3).
Insert the switch key in the key switch (2)
and turn from the zero position to position
"I" .
The electrical system is switched on.
Release the hand parking brake (1).
The truck is now ready for use.
Check the indicator unit (7).
NOTE
After the key switch has been switched on,
the indicator unit (7) performs a self-test. All
indicators light up for approx. 4 seconds, and
the operating hours (10) are shown on the
indicator unit. The symbol (8) flashes, and the
operating hours meter (10) is in service. All
control lights are extinguished on the indicator
unit (7) after approx. 5 sec except for symbol
light (9)
NOTE
The operating lever (joystick) and/or acceler-
ator pedals should not be used until all control
lights (except for 9) are extinguished Other-
wise the vehicle will not function. To restart:
switch off and on again at switch.
