Effect
All Allows access via any serial interface.
Allows access via the selected serial interface.
ANSI Enables the ANSI convention (extended ASCII
character set).
VT100 Enables the VT100 convention (ASCII charac-
ter set).
VT100+ Enables the VT100+ convention (ASCII charac-
ter set and support for color, function keys, etc.).
UTF8 Enables the UTF-8 convention (uses UTF-8 en-
coding to assign Unicode characters to one or
more bytes).
Enables a transfer rate of x bits
