PRESSURE RELIEF/WORK INTERRUPTION

The pressure must always be relieved when:
- The spraying tasks are fi nished.
- Servicing the system.
- Carrying out cleaning tasks on the system.
- Moving the system to another location.
- Something needs to be checked on the system.
- The nozzle is removed from the gun.
Observe general safety instructions in Chapter 4.
High-pressure spray jet!
Danger to life from injecting paint or solvent.
Process for relieving pressure
1. Secure the spray gun with the trigger lock.
2. Switch off control unit.
3. Close the compressed air supply.
4. Open the cabinet door.
5. Relieve pressure according to the operating manual of the product pressure generator.
6. Point the spray gun toward the grounded collecting tray and release.
7. Pull the trigger of the spray gun until no further pressure is present.
8. Secure the spray gun with the trigger lock.
9. Close cabinet door again.

WARNING
Never reach into the spray jet.
Never point the spray gun at people.
Consult a doctor immediately in the event of skin injuries caused
by paint or solvent. Inform the doctor about the paint or solvent
used.
Never seal defective high-pressure parts; instead relieve the pressure
from them and replace them.
Wear the appropriate protective clothing, gloves, eyewear and
respiratory protection.
