NdB BW Measurement

The NdB BW soft-key could be seen. The NdB BW is mainly used for
measuring the RBW of the analyzer. It could only be used in log mode. The
default is to measure -3dB BW when turning on, i.e. the frequency different
of the two points which are 3dB lower than the maximum amplitude. The
NdB value could also be entered manually.
If the cooresponding BW value could not be found, the system would remind
no NdB BW found at the center of the screen.
