<LINE> Netbios scope identifier, in 128 characters

Usage Guide:
To configure NetBIOS scope of DHCP Server.
Example:
To configure NetBIOS scope (IFS) of DHCP Server for pool "IFSbestswitch".
Switch# configure terminal
Switch (config)# ip dhcp pool IFSbestswitch
Switch (config-dhcp-pool)# netbios-scope IFS
