Test Procedure - Standard DPT Test
1 Install the PD1000-60901 TO-247-3 DUT Test Module on the Test Fixture.
2 Insert the two SCT2080 FETs in the PD1000-60901 TO-247-3 Test Module.
3 Install the High-Side and Low-Side Gate Drive modules on the Test Fixture.
4 Perform a system calibration. See
5 Set the following test parameters in the PD1000A Control Software.

Optionally, attach the heater/Thermocouple to the Low-Side device.
System Calibration". At a minimum, the following two steps should be
performed:
– Oscilloscope Probe Compensation
– Oscilloscope Probe Deskew
If this is the first time the PD1500A system is tested or used,
perform all system calibration steps. See "PD1500A Double-Pulse
Test System Calibration" on page 59. This ensures the Gate Drive
modules, Clamp Module, and all probes are functional and
calibrated.

– Select device type: FET
– Gate Parameters:
-- After installing the 10  Gate Drive Modules (do not install the Clamp
Circuit Module at this time) and prior to running the test, click the Gate
Parameters > Gate Resistance refresh icon. This reads the calibrated value
of the gate resistor on the Gate Drive Module. It should show value of
Gate Resistor (~10 ) for both Low-Side and High-Side Gate Drive
modules.
– DUT Parameters:
Max Voltage: 1200V
Max Current: 40 A
Max Power: 25000 W
Device Type: FET
Model ID: Rohm SCT2080KE
– Test Parameters:
Standard tab: selected
Loop Co.unt: 1
Activate Heater: Leave unchecked at this time or set to 150 ° C if
heater/thermocouple is attached
Loop Delay: 0 s
