Using this Double-Pulse Test System Installation Guide
This manual describes the installation process for the Keysight PD1500A
Dynamic Power Device Analyzer/Double-Pulse Tester (DPT). Because this is a
test system (as opposed to an individual test instrument), the system is shipped
in several containers and must be assembled on the customer's site.
This manual provides step-by-step instructions to successfully assemble and
install the DPT system:
Site Preparation
Uncrate the Rack and
Safety Enclosure
Install Oscilloscope in
Safety Enclosure Hood
Install Test Fixture in the
Safety Enclosure Hood
Turn-on and Software
System AutoCalibration
Follow the instructions carefully and do not skip a step.
