Destination folder
Specifies the name of the subfolder in which to extract the files. Note that these files will be placed in the specified
subfolder of the \UserDisk folder.
• Operating system. Specifies the operating system image to upload into the
operating system firmware of your Matrox Iris GT.
• System disk files. Specifies the name of the package file (for example, FilePack.bin)
used to update the system utility files of your Matrox Iris GT. The system utility
files include the utilities described in the Utilities installed on your Matrox Iris GT
section, in Appendix H: Matrox Iris GT utilities.
Note that, when performing a system files update, there should be no MIL
applications running on your Matrox Iris GT. If any MIL applications are
running, your Matrox Iris GT will reboot in safe mode to ensure that the MIL
applications have shut down properly before performing the update.
• User disk files update. Specifies the user package file (for example, MyStuff.bin)
containing all files to extract to the specified destination folder.
