connected to the ground of the trigger-generating third party

Breakout board's input connector

The breakout board's input connector is a series of 8 wire terminals. They connect
to your third-party devices so that the devices can send trigger signals to your
Matrox Iris GT.
For information on using the breakout board's input connector, refer to the
Routing signals to Matrox Iris GT input signals section, earlier in this appendix.
