Modify entry
Accepts changes made to the virtual root settings. Note that the web server must be restar ted for changes to take
effect.

Deletes the vir tual root. Note that the web server must be restarted for changes to take effect.
• Modify virtual roots. Specifies the virtual root configuration information for
existing virtual roots. It also allows you to modify or delete the virtual root
configuration information.
Description
Specifies the unique name used to identify the folder. This is the name that will be visible to users.
Specifies the true location of the folder. Note that this string must end with a back slash ("\").
Specifies the authorization level for the virtual root.
• Public. Public authorization allows anyone access. If your List of allowed users is set to'@', your
authorization level should be set to public.
• User. User authorization allows only those in the user and the administrator groups access. If your List of
allowed users is set to something other than '@', your authorization level should be set to user.
• Administrator. Administrator authorization allows only those in administrator group access. Note that
administrators (users listed in the List of administrative users field, on this page) automatically have this
level of access to all vir tual roots. Set the new authorization level list to Administrator only if you only
want administrators to have access to this vir tual root. See

• Read. Allows reading of all files present in the specified virtual root.
• Write. Allows writing of all files present in the specified virtual root.
• Execute. Allows executable files to run in the specified virtual root.
• Script. Allows scripts to run in the specified virtual root.
• Access script source. Allows access to the script source files in the specified virtual root.
• Require SSL. Allows SSL to be used when accessing the files in the specified vir tual root.
• Folder browsing. Allows the user to browse the contents of folders, rather than only browsing existing
pages, in the specified virtual root.
Specifies a list of users that can see and use this resource. Multiple entries must be separated by a
semicolon (;). Use @* to allow all users access and @[group_name] to allow all users of a particular group
access (for example, @Administrators or @PowerUsers).
