9. Remove the complete light engine.

10. Remove the color wheel.

11. Remove the combiner module.

12. Remove the TEC module.

13. Remove the DMD board.
See Replacing the DMD board
14. Take out the DMD module from light engine.
15. Release the DMD socket securing the DMD.
16. Replace the DMD.
When replacing the DMD module ensure that the new thermal pad is applied evenly.
17. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.

Replacing the light engine

Replacing the light engine must be done in a clean room.
To remove the light engine, complete the following steps.
1. Remove the top cover.

2. Remove the main board and main board bottom shielding.

3. Remove the rear cover.
