Troubleshooting

Use this section for troubleshooting process.

LED status indicators

The LED indicators are located on the front and rear of the projector.

Status LED

Identify the LED state colors and meaning.
Projector state
LED status
Off AC power is off (without AC plugged in).
Green (flashing) Projector is in startup or cool down mode.
Green (solid) Lamp is on and operating correctly.
Blue (solid) AC has been applied, projector is in standby mode.
Blue (flashing) Projector is cooling down.
Yellow (flashing) A problem exists with the projector that does not cause it to shut down.
Examples include: filter needs changing, one of the pumps is damaged, or a fan is operating at
full speed due to over temperature of the LD driver.
Yellow (solid) The end user is turning off the projector while it is in a warning state.
Red (flashing) An error with the projector exists that has caused or may inevitably cause it to shutdown.
Examples include: fan failure, over temperature, incorrectly installed filter, color wheel failure.
Red (solid) The end user is turning off the projector while it is in an error state.
White (flashing) Projector is in flash (LAN) update state.

Shutter LED

Identify the shutter LED state colors and meaning.

Magenta (solid) Shutter closed
Off Shutter open
