The method to arm and disarm the security system varies depending on your condominium
building, installed devices, and device settings. Consult with the management company or the
company that installed the system.
Security Alarm Operation
If the security system is armed after locking doors and windows, the security system triggers an
alarm when a window or door is opened to notify of intrusion. After a specific period of time
elapses, the system reports the alarm to the unit entrance, building manager room, and other
areas outside of the condominium unit.

Security Operation When Going Out and Returning Home
The security system can accommodate simultaneously up to 4 circuits that can be connected to
windows and doors.
The security system is armed when going out and disarmed when returning home. To accomplish
this, the security system delay time is configured to allow time to leave after the security system
is armed, and the preliminary alarm time is configured to allow time to disarm the system once
the front entrance door is opened.

Disarm the security
system
● The following table lists the default settings for the security system delay time and the preliminary
alarm time.
