Unlocking with Emergency Unlock Button
The main entrance (electronic lock) is unlocked by pressing
the emergency unlock button installed close to the main
entrance (electronic lock).
This can be used only when the emergency

unlock button is installed.
Press the emergency unlock button

The main entrance is unlocked.
●
"Emergency unlocking" appears on the LCD
monitor, and alarm sound "beeps" for approximately
40 seconds.
If the Emergency Unlock Button is Pressed While Alarm is Issued in the Unit
●
This can be used only when the emergency unlock button is installed.

Each alarm is displayed only when the emergency unlock button is
pressed.

The main entrance is unlocked.

A beep and a message in Japanese is played once,
and unit numbers of the unit that is the source of the
alarm together with the types of alarm appear in
sequence on the LCD monitor.

to talk to the unit where the alarm

originated. However, calling is not possible when the
fire or gas leak alarm is sounding at the unit.

The alarms that will display are following 6 types.
Emergency, Gas, Fire, Security, CO alarm
(ventilation), Alarm (general use alarm)

"※Alarms in multiple units" appears when alarms are
occurring in multiple units. The unit numbers of the
unit that is the source of the alarm together with the
types of alarm are displayed in sequence when the
button is pressed.
■ Measure to take at the time of alarm
●
Check the condition immediately, and take
appropriate actions such as calling the authorities
or evacuation.
■ Restoration method
●
Return the emergency unlock button to its original
condition.
Returns to the call standby screen.

Unlocking with the Double Auto-lock System
The main entrance at the second gate can be unlocked without operation from the visiting unit.
This can be operated in the condominium building with the double auto-lock function.
Note
Consult with the administrating company or the building manager room if you are not sure of the installed
facilities.
