When There Is a Message (Contact) from the Building Manager Room

(For base unit/call sub-base unit with monitor)
When there is a message (contact) from the building manager room, a manager's message appears,
allowing you to call the building manager room.
Note Only text messages from the building manager room can be displayed while voice and other
messages etc. will not be played.

Manager's Message screen appears.
● When you are in the middle of a call,
notification of the message received will be
given in the sub-screen.
●
If you do not notice the Manager's
Message screen and no operation is
carried out and so on, the screen will
automatically turn off after approximately
1 minute, and the area around the MENU
button will flash in blue to inform you that it
has not been checked. ( Page 58)
● If a call sub-base unit is connected, a
"beep" sound from the call sub-base unit
will also be heard .
The area around the MENU button can

When There Is a Voice Mail from the Building Manager Room

If there is a voice mail from the building manager room, it can be played back in the base unit.
Note Although a screen appears in the call sub-base unit with monitor, the message will not be
played back.
