Top Menu

(For base unit/call sub-base unit with monitor)
The Top Menu screen to perform various operations and settings is displayed when the
MENU button ( pages 15 to 16) is pressed while the screen is blank. It will proceed to next
screen by touching (lightly touching with a finger) each button.
Calls the elevator to your floor ( page 48) or lock/unlock the unit entrance (electronic lock).

● Lock mark is displayed when locked, and unlock mark
is displayed when unlocked.
Calls the building manager room, unit entrance, extension, and other unit.

Note The call destination differs depending on the condominium building
facility and operation format.
● Other unit cannot be called with the call sub-base unit with monitor.
The electricity consumption ( page 71) or the availability of the EV charging system outlet
( page 57) can be checked. Also, the information service contents supplied by the
management company or others can be checked when using the base unit with browser
function. ( Pages 66 to 69)

This is displayed when the electricity consumption
check function, information notice function, or EV
charging information notice function is installed.

An electricity mark also appears in the button
when the D series meter box is used for the
electricity consumption check function.

The electricity mark (exceeded electricity check
setting value) is displayed when the momentary
value has exceeded the electricity check setting

Checks the content of record management (visitor record, camera monitor, building manager room,
emergency announcement, general announcement, voice mail). (
Unchecked notices and current alarms can also be checked with this button.
Note ● New mark appears when there is unchecked notice.
● Alarm mark appears when an alarm is issued.
● Notices and alarm operating status can also be checked
with this button.
It can be set not to display the New mark.

Image and sound at the unit entrance can be checked. (
The sound inside the room could not be heard at the unit entrance.
The image of the common area can be checked when using the base unit with browser function.
