Job and Machine Status
Stored Programming
When available to users, this feature enhances productivity by saving a series of programming
steps and assigning the steps to a specified Stored Programming option. Stored programs save
frequently used features and job settings that you can access using a shortcut button. Stored
Programming not only remembers feature settings, but the feature can record a series of
operations. This action enables you to record the hierarchy of displayed screens for each step. For
example, Stored Programming can record the following actions: Press the Machine Status button,
then show the Print Reports screen.
Note: The Stored Programming feature is available only if the system administrator created
and saved stored programs.
Create Job Flow Sheet
You can create a job flow sheet. Job flow sheets specify the way that the device processes a
document.
Create Job Flow Sheet Keyword
You can create a job flow sheet keyword. A job flow sheet keyword can help to locate a specific job
flow sheet.
Add Address Book Entry
You can add address and recipient information. To add a recipient, select an available entry, then
enter the information. To view information for an entry, select the entry.
Paper Tray Attributes
The Paper Tray Attributes feature allows you to change the attributes of a paper tray, including
size, type, and weight.
Note: The Paper Tray Attributes feature appears on the Tools tab only if the system
administrator made the feature available to users.

1. At the control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. Select the Tools tab.
3. Select Setup→SetupPaper Tray Attributes.
4. Select a tray.
5. Touch Change Settings.
6. If the settings are correct, touch Save. If the settings are not correct, select the correct Paper
Type, then touch Save.
The previous screen appears.
7. Touch Confirm.
The Paper Tray Attributes screen appears.
8. Touch Close.
