To cut the link between a job flow sheet and a folder:
1. At the control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. On the Tools tab, touch Setup→Setup→Create Folder.
3. From the list, select the folder that you want to unlink from the linked job flow sheet.
4. On the Create / Delete screen, select Link Job Flow Sheet to Folder.
5. On the Link Job Flow Sheet to Folder screen, touch Cut Link.
6. To confirm the link cut, at the prompt, touch Yes. The link between the folder and the job flow
sheet is removed.
7. Touch Close.

Note: When deleting a folder, all files in the folder are deleted. If a job flow sheet is linked to
the folder, the job flow sheet is deleted.
To delete a folder:
1. At the control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. On the Tools tab, touch Setup→Setup→Create Folder.
3. On the Create Folder screen, select the folder that you want to delete.
4. Touch Delete Folder.
5. At the prompt, touch Delete.

If a job flow sheet was not set to Auto Start when the job flow sheet was linked to a folder, you are
required to start the job flow manually.
1. At the control panel, press the Services button.
2. Touch Send from Folder.
3. Select the Scan & Other Jobs tab.
4. From the list, select a folder.
5. On the File List screen, select one or more files.
Note: If there are no files in the folder, scan and store a file to the folder. For details, refer
to Store to Folder.
6. After selecting files, you can view the file settings or make changes to the way that the files are
processed.
