Job and Machine Status

This feature allows you to print one set for review before you print the entire job set. After printing
the sample set, you can choose to print the entire job or to delete the job without printing.
1. At the control panel, press the Job Status button.
2. Touch the Secure Print Jobs & More tab.
3. Touch Sample Set.
4. From the list, select a user.
• To update the information shown, touch Refresh.
• To navigate the list, use the up or down arrows.
• To display a specific user ID at the top of the list, touch Go to. Use the numeric keypad and
type the user ID.
5. Touch Job List.
6. Select the job to print.
• You can select up to 100 jobs. Jobs are printed in the order in which they are selected.
• To select all jobs for the selected user ID, touch Select All. To clear all the selected jobs, touch
Select All again.
• To view the first page of the selected job, touch Preview. If multiple jobs are selected, the
Preview feature is not available.
7. Select an option:
• To delete the selected job, touch Delete. to confirm the deletion, touch Delete.
• To print the selected job, type the number of sets to print. Touch Print.
The sample set prints. After the remaining sets for the job print, the job is deleted.

This feature allows you to print a job at a specified time, then delete the job.
1. At the control panel, press the Job Status button.
2. Touch the Secure Print Jobs & More tab.
3. Touch Delayed Print.
4. Select the job that you want to print or delete.
• To update the information shown, touch Refresh.
• To navigate the list, use the up or down arrows.
• Print Time XXX:XXX shows the time to start printing.
• You can select up to 100 jobs.
• To view the first page of the selected job, touch Preview. If multiple jobs are selected, the
Preview feature is not available.
5. Select an option:
• To delete the selected job, touch Delete. To confirm the deletion, touch Delete.
• To print the selected Delayed Print job immediately, touch Print.
