The following types of folders are available:
• Folders that contain files for copy jobs and print jobs: These folders are listed on the Copy & Print
Jobs tab. You can edit the files, change the file settings, save the files again, and reprint the files
from the folder.
• Folders that contain files for scan jobs and other job types: These folders contain scan files and
print files submitted from a computer. The folders are listed on the Scan & Other Jobs tab. You
can retrieve files stored in these folders from a network server and send the files by email. You can
automate routine tasks or register private folders and shared folders separately.

The following describes how to select a folder on the Copy & Print Jobs tab. Access to some folders
can be restricted, depending on authentication settings.
1. At the control panel, press the Services Home button.
2. Touch Send from Folder.
3. On the Send From Folder screen, select the Copy & Print Jobs tab, then select a folder.

You can check or operate files stored in a folder on the Copy & Print Jobs tab. Folders that are listed
on the Copy & Print Jobs tab contain both copy jobs and print jobs.
1. At the control panel, press the Services Home button.
2. Touch Send from Folder.
3. Select the Copy & Print Jobs tab. From the list, select a folder.
4. Select a file.
5. Select the following options as needed:
• Refresh: Displays the updated information.
• List: Lists the files that are stored in the folder. Additional file information, such as date stored
and number of pages, is listed.
• Thumbnail: Displays the images and names of the files stored in the folder.
• Select All Files: Select or deselect all of the files in the folder.
• Review: Displays the settings for the selected file.
• Delete: Delete the selected files in the folder.
• Copy / Move: Preview and check details for the selected file and copy or move the file to
another folder.
• Edit Pages: Insert a file or separator pages.
• Merge / Batch Print: Merge multiple files in the folder, then batch-print the files.
• Change Settings / Print: Change the file settings before you print the files.
