6. Select Last Saved Settings or Change Settings.
7. If you selected Change Settings, select an option:
• Front Cover:
This option cancels the front cover settings for the source files and reprograms the front cover
settings for the newly merged file.
• Back Cover: This option cancels the back cover settings for the source files and reprograms
the back cover settings for the newly merged file.
• Front Cover Quantity: Specify the number of blank sheets to be used as front covers.
• Back Cover Quantity: Specify the number of blank sheets to be used as back covers.
• Paper Supply: From Front Cover Tray and Back Cover Tray, select the trays for front covers and
back covers.
Watermark
1. At the control panel, press the Services Home button.
2. Touch Send from Folder.
3. Select the Copy & Print Jobs tab, then select a folder.
4. Select a file, then select an option.
5. Touch Watermark, then touch Change Settings.
6. Select an option:
• Control Number: To print control numbers, select this option, then touch Add. Select or type a
value for the control number in the range from 1–9999, then touch Save.
• Stored Watermarks: To select the text that prints on copies from a predefined list of
watermarks, select this option. Touch Add, then touch Save.
• Date & Time: To print the current date and time, select this option. Touch Add, then touch
Save.
• Serial Number: To print the device serial number, select this option. Touch Add, then touch
Save.
• Watermark Effect: To print a watermark on the output, select this option. Select Embossed or
Outline, then touch Save.
File Name
1. At the control panel, press the Services Home button.
2. Touch Send from Folder.
3. Select the Copy & Print Jobs tab, then select a folder.
4. Select a file, then touch Change Settings / Print.
5. Select the check box for Save As.
6. Touch Save.
7. Type a file name using the onscreen keyboard.
Output
After merging files, use this option to program stapling, hole-punching, and Z-fold settings.
1. At the control panel, press the Services Home button.
2. Touch Send from Folder.
3. Select the Copy & Print Jobs tab. From the list, select a folder.
