1. At the control panel, press the Services Home button.
2. Touch Send from Folder.
3. Select the Scan & Other Jobs tab.
4. On the Folder - File List screen, select files.
5. Touch Print or Batch Print.
6. Select an option. If necessary, to type the number of prints, use the numeric keypad.
7. Touch Print.

Job Flow is a feature that allows you to register transfer settings of scan data, such as a transfer
method and destination, to simplify data-transfer tasks.
Job flow sheets are categorized into two types according to the target. One type of job flow sheet
targets files stored in folders, and the other type of job flow targets scan files. This section describes
the first type of job flow sheet, targeting files stored in folders.
You can execute a job flow on files stored in a folder. You can configure the job flow to start
automatically or you can start the job flow manually:
• Automatic: To start a job flow automatically:
1. Ensure that the job flow sheet is linked to a folder. For details, refer to
to a Folder.
2. Select Auto Start.
When files are stored in the linked folder, the files are processed automatically using the
parameters established in the job flow sheet.

You can link a job flow sheet to a folder using the following procedure or from the Tools tab in the
Machine Status menu. For details, refer to
