1. At the control panel, press the Services Home button.
2. Touch Send from Folder.
3. Select the Copy & Print Jobs tab. From the list, select a folder.
4. Select a file, then touch Delete.
5. To confirm the deletion, touch Delete.

3. Select the Copy & Print Jobs tab. From the list, select a folder.
4. Select a file, then touch Copy / Move.
5. Select an option:
• Whole Page: Select whether to display the whole page or to enlarge the image by 200%.
• Rotation: Select an angle from which to preview the image: Right 90 degrees, Left 90
degrees, or 180 degrees.
• Change File Name: Change the file name.
• Apply To: To preview a specific page on the screen, use the Plus (+) and Minus (-) buttons or
type the page number on the numeric keypad.
• Copy: Copy files from one folder to another folder.
• Move: Move files from one folder to another folder.
Copy
To copy a file from one folder to another folder:
1. At the control panel, press the Services Home button.
2. Touch Send from Folder.
3. Select the Copy & Print Jobs tab. From the list, select the folder that contains the file to be
copied.
4. Select a file, then touch Copy / Move.
5. Touch Copy.
6. Select the destination folder for the copied file, then touch Save.
Move
To move a file from one folder to another folder:
1. At the control panel, press the Services Home button.
2. Touch Send from Folder.
3. Select the Copy & Print Jobs tab. From the list, select the folder that contains the file to be
moved.
4. Select a file, then touch Copy / Move.
5. Touch Move.
6. Select the destination folder for the file, then touch Save.
