a. Touch Output/Offset/Subset.
b. Touch Right-Top Output Tray or Right-Middle Output Tray. For automatic creasing, touch
Right-Middle Output Tray→Offset Stacking.
c. For Offset Stacking, select an option:
• System Default
• No Offset
• Offset per Set
• Offset per Job
d. Touch Save.
9. For automatic image positioning, touch Auto Image Positioning, then touch On or Off. To save
the settings, touch Save.
10. To save all the settings for Booklet Creation options, touch Save.

To add covers to a copy job, select different paper trays for the first and last page. You can load the
trays with heavier stock, color, or pre-printed paper. The covers can be blank or printed.
The paper used for the covers must be the same size as the paper used for the rest of the document.
1. On the Services Home screen, touch Copy, then touch the Output Format tab.
2. Touch Covers.
3. To include both front and back covers that use the same paper tray and printing options:
a. For the Front Cover and Back Cover options, select the required settings for your job:
• Blank Cover: This option does not print any text on the cover.
• Print on Side 1: This option prints a cover on Side 1.
• Print on Side 2: This option prints a cover on Side 2.
• Print on Both: This option prints a front and back cover.
b. To select the paper tray to use for the covers and the main body of the document, touch
Paper Supply.
c. Touch Save.
4. To include a front cover only, in the Back Cover field, touch Off. To include a back cover only, in
the Front Cover field, touch Off.
5. Touch Save.
