Tip: Always ensure that you clear all paper jams, including any small ripped pieces of paper,
before you proceed with your copy or print jobs.
1. Before you open the front cover, ensure that the machine has stopped printing.
2. Pull out Tray 1.
3. Pull out Transport Unit 4. Tray 2 comes out as you pull out Transport Unit 4.
4. Lift lever 4a, then remove the jammed paper.
Note: If paper is torn, check inside the machine and remove it.
