    Confirm that the first drop-down menu is set to Bonjour (Rendezvous). Select the printer in the window. Select Xerox from the list of manufacturers in the lower drop-down menu. Select the appropriate printer model from the list of available devices.

Cleaning the Outside of the Printer To remove stains, clean the outside of the printer using a soft, damp cloth moistened with a mild neutral detergent.
