Method
Battery pack
charging and
discharging.
Ensure that both the
battery packs and
the AC mains
supply are operating
normally. When the
UPS is working in
online mode,
disconnect the AC
supply, which
switches the load to
the battery supply.
After the battery
pack voltage drops
to around 450 V,
restore the AC
mains supply,
enabling the UPS to
recharge the battery
packs in equalized
mode. Check
whether the battery
pack capacity is
normal.
UPS parameter
settings.
Check whether
the battery pack
capacity is
correctly set.
Check whether
the charge
current is
correctly set.

Expected Result
When the AC supply is
disconnected, the battery
packs automatically
begin to carry the load.
When the AC supply is
restored after the battery
pack voltage drops to
approximately 450 V, the
UPS begins to recharge
the battery packs in
equalized mode.
The capacity of
battery packs
connected to a single
UPS is set to the
required value.
The battery pack
charge current is set
to 0.1 C.

the parameters based on
onsite battery pack
configurations.
