Method
Press the
button on the panel
and check whether
the LCD turns on.
Press ▲ or ▼ and
check whether the
previous or next
item can be
selected.
UPS switchover
between the mains
supply and battery
supply.
Only after
confirming that
the UPS is
working
properly,
disconnect or
restore the mains
supply and
check whether
the switchover
between the
mains supply
and battery
supply is
normal.
Use a
multimeter to
measure the DC
voltage between
the positive
terminal and the
negative
terminal of
battery packs.
Use a torque
wrench to tighten
all fastening bolts.

Expected Result
After you press any
button on the panel, the
LCD turns on with a
backlight and displays
parameters or UPS
operating status.
All buttons function
properly.
After the mains
supply is
disconnected or
restored, the UPS
automatically
switches to battery
mode or online mode.
The voltage between
the two terminals of
the battery packs is
around 535 V.
The fastening bolts are
secured.
3 Maintenance
Troubleshooting
If the LCD does not turn
on and has no backlight,
replace the LCD.
If a button does not
function properly, adjust
the button panel.
Replace any faulty
battery packs.
