5.3.12 Replacing an RH2288 V2 Server

Prerequisites
Impact on the System
The operation of the RH2288 V2 system or devices connected to the server may be
interrupted.
Preparations
Tools: Phillips screwdriver, small-sized flat-head screwdriver, ESD gloves, marker
Material: spare RH2288 V2 server
Documents required: documents delivered with the RH2288 V2 server, initial configuration
parameters for the management system, monitoring device layout diagram
Skill requirement: weak-current engineer
Procedure
Step 1 Press the power switch on the front panel of the RH2288 V2 server to power off the server,
and disconnect the power plug.
Step 2 Mark cables and ports on the RH2288 V2 server using a marker.
Step 3 Remove all cables connected to the RH2288 V2 server.
Step 4 Remove the RH2288 V2 server using a screwdriver and install a new RH2288 V2 server, as
shown in
Issue 01 (2016-01-10)
An RH2288 V2 server needs to be replaced.
A spare RH2288 V2 server of the same model is available and functional.
