5.3.13.4 Replacing the Electronic Lock

Tools: Phillips screwdriver, step ladder (2 m)
Material: spare electronic lock
Documents required: none
Skill requirement: weak-current engineer
Procedure
Step 1 Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen screws from the baffle plate of the electronic lock and
remove the baffle plate, as shown in
Figure 5-32 Removing the baffle plate
Issue 01 (2016-01-10)
If the magnetic lock indicator is green when the container door is closed and red when the door is open,
the magnetic lock is working properly.
A electronic lock needs to be replaced.
A spare electronic lock of the same model is available functions properly.
