5.5.4 Replacing an Audible and Visual Alarm

Preparations
Tools: Phillips screwdriver, hex key, step ladder
Material: spare audible and visual alarm
Documents required: fire extinguishing device layout diagram
Skill requirement: fire extinguishing engineer
Procedure
Step 1 Remove the screws on the audible and visual alarm using a hex key, and remove the panel
from the base.
Step 2 Remove the cables and the audible and visual alarm.
Issue 01 (2016-01-10)
An audible and visual alarm needs to be replaced.
A spare audible and visual alarm of the same model is available and functional.
