DMIM-48FSW

Introduction
The 48-port Ethernet Layer 2 switching MIM interface module (DMIM-48FSW) can be installed on
the MSR 30 routers. Each DMIM-48FSW provides 46 ordinary 10/100 Mbps RJ-45 connector
interfaces and two 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 connector copper ports. DMIM-48FSW is suitable for a
small enterprise network to serve as a switching and routing device, which can be directly connected
to PCs and network devices of the enterprise. DMIM-48FSW supports the following functions:

A transmission distance of 100 m (328.08 ft) when connected with a category-5 twisted pair
cable (crossover or straight-through cable).
•
Wire-speed forwarding between any ports when connected with a category-5 twisted pair cable
(crossover or straight-through cable).
