Obtaining (measuring) data for SHORT correction

Data structure
The 120 Hz, 1 kHz, and 1 MHz data used in the SHORT correction is divided
into the data for normal operation and the data of each channel (256 channels)
for multi-correction, as shown in
Figure 5-3
Structure of data for SHORT correction
Measured data
For SHORT correction, 120 Hz, 1 kHz, and 1 MHz are measured and each data
frequency is saved. Therefore, even if the measurement frequency is changed
there is no need to reset the correction. The result is set up as the data for
normal operation when the multi-correction function is OFF and as the data for
multi-correction when the function is ON (for the channel that has been
selected at execution).
