10 Specifications and Supplemental Information
This chapter gives the specifications and supplemental information of the
Keysight E4981A 120 Hz/1 kHz/1 MHz capacitance meter.
Definitions
All specifications apply to the conditions of a 0 °C to 45 °C temperature range,
unless otherwise stated, and 30 minutes after the instrument has been turned
on.

E4981A-002: 120 Hz / 1 kHz
The information about "Frequency 1 MHz / 1 MHz±1% / 1 MHz±2%" in
specifications, supplemental and general information is invalid for
E4981A-002.
Warranted performance. Specifications include guard bands to
account for the expected statistical performance distribution,
measurement uncertainties, and changes in performance due to
environmental conditions.
