Avoiding Mistakes Related to Work in Obtaining Correction Data
To avoid simple work-related mistakes in measuring the data for
OPEN/SHORT/LOAD correction (for example, setting up the OPEN state and
SHORT state inversely), it is important to confirm that the measured data is
correct.
Using warning messages
If the measured data is out of the valid range shown in
measuring the data for OPEN/SHORT/LOAD correction, the warning message
"Out of limit" appears, which allows you to detect an error of the measured
data.
The valid ranges are fixed and cannot be changed. Even after the warning
message is displayed, the correction data is used as is.
