Set the value by 100 ms. If you set a value other than 0 for the lower 2 digits,
these values will be rounded down.
(For example, if you set it to 2955, the monitoring time is set to 2900 ms.)
ch_1-9: Input channel
0 = All digital inputs, 1 = IN1 to 9 = IN9
