IN8: not measured automatically, IN9: measured automatically.

Setting signal that is currently input from IN8 to "1" (Current input signal is not
measured automatically).
These commands are only for analog input.
IN8 and IN9 are available only if "0" (Analog signal). is selected for "@GIN /
@SIN". If "1" (Digital signal) is selected, "-1" is returned.
