time_1-4: Switching speed
100 = 0.1 sec. to 2000 = 2 sec.
[Default] 350 = 0.35 sec.
Set the value by 10 ms. If you set a value other than 0 for the lower 1 digits,
these values will be rounded down. (For example, if you set it to 395, the speed
is set to 390 ms.)
ch_1-4: Output channel
0 = All outputs, 1 = OUT1 to 4 = OUT4
