0 = OFF [Default], 1 = ON
ch_1-4: Output channel
0 = All outputs, 1 = OUT1 to 4 = OUT4

OUT1: input image is frozen and output.

Images freeze temporarily. When input channel is switched or input signal is
changed, the freeze is released automatically and input image is output
normally.
