SLES 12 SP3, 4.4.73-5-default

SLES 12 SP2, 4.4.21-69-default

Ubuntu 18.04.1, 4.15.0-29-generic

Ubuntu 16.04.4, 4.4.0-116-generic

Kernel.org linux-4.14.67

Kernel.org linux-4.9 (Minimum 4.9 kernel version supported is 4.9.13)

Other kernel versions have not been tested and are not guaranteed to work.
