& WARNING Risk of injury or fatal injury due to a malfunction
in the restraint system
If the restraint system is malfunctioning, restraint system com‐
ponents may be triggered unintentionally or might not be trig‐
gered at all in the event of an accident. This may affect the seat
belt tensioner or airbag, for example.
Have the restraint system checked and repaired immedi‐

ately at a qualified specialist workshop.
Detection of a malfunction in the restraint system
The restraint system warning lamp 6 does not light up when
