II - REMOVAL OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Use a drill bit with a diameter of 2.5 mm, to drill a
hole in the lip seal on the input shaft.
Note:
Do not drill too deeply as this risks damaging the
deflector positioned behind the input shaft lip
seal.
a Fit a bolt in the input shaft lip seal (1) .
a Remove the input shaft lip seal (1) with a pair of pli-
ers.
REFITTING

a
Note:
When refitting the input shaft lip seal, take care
not to damage either the shaft or the contact sur-
face of the lip seal.
