Hover level (2.11.3.4.)
Defines (in percent) how high the TVT curve is placed above the profile, relative to the
largest echo. When the device is located in the center of the vessel, lower this parameter to
prevent multiple echo detections.

Turns the TVT Shaper ON or OFF.
