Using Emergency Configuration Mode

Note
Using the emergency configuration mode should be your last resort. This is primarily done if you do not
have Internet access and you have tried to solve the issue to no avail. Consult the Cisco Interactive
Services Solution Troubleshooting Guide first.
If the system hangs during the initialization process, enter the Emergency Configuration Mode to modify
the configuration.
To use Emergency Configuration Mode, do the following:
Step 1
Log into the IEM.
Step 2
Click Devices in the left pane.
