Specifies the interval between the voice guidance message that asks whether or not calls are to be retrieved
during call holding.
Example: "To cancel holding, press 2 now. Otherwise, I'll try your party again."

Adding an Alternate Extension
1.
Click New.
2.
Enter an extension number.
3.
Click OK.
Editing an Alternate Extension
1.
Select the desired alternate extension.
2.
Click Edit.
3.
Edit the extension number.
4.
Click OK.
