This feature specifies either variable length decoding or fixed length decoding
for this symbology.
Variable Length:

Micro PDF417 Length Control = Fixed Length
Micro PDF417 Set Length 1
Specifies one of the bar code lengths for
212. Length 1 is the minimum label length if in
first fixed length if in Fixed Length Mode. Length includes the bar code's data
characters only. Characters can be set from 0001 to 0366 characters (pad with
zeroes) in increments of 01. Any value greater than 0366 will be considered to
be 0366.
